					<description><![CDATA[I am having severe pain in my left forearm. I bowl several times a week and many tournament. AA year ago I had a aball hang on my hand and could not release. Few days later pain in the forearm. I laid off for several weeks. Pain left. I used a brace on my lower forearm . Recently the pain has reoccurred but will go away.When I bend any of my fingers on my left hand towards my palm the pain radiates up my forearm. No elbow pain or wrist pain. Is this tendonitis? Please advise if possible by mail. I have several tournaments coming up. I am 58 y.o. male in good shape. thanks for your concern. Jerry]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[There are lots of ways for you to prevent bowling injuries (that is, if you really love to bowl).  The best way you can do so is to make sure that the bowling ball fits properly in your hands. Yep.. most of us, especially us beginners, do not know this.  There are also some ways on how you release the bowling ball to prevent injury (just do a bit of research). 

By the way, your R.I.C.E. treatment is very helpful. I&#039;ll try that out if I injure my arm because of bowling. Nice one. Thanks for featuring this.
