Take the railway system, we all know that China got the fundamentals from Japan, France and Germany. That is fair as a process of learning..  What is not fair : after they thought they have copied all, they barred all competitions from Japan, France and Germany.  Worse, they went on to boast about the GREAT LEAP FORWARD where they could train an novice in 10 days to master a train traveling at speed not experimented before in China. This is not improvement, this is blatant cheat.  Worse, the general Chinese public&#039;s safety is put at risk just for the sake of some Chinese Communist Party high officials ego and monetary gain.]]></description>
