Song of The Lonely Mountain

Far over the Misty Mountains rise
Lead us standing upon the height
What was before we see once more
Is our kingdom a distant light

Fiery mountain beneath a moon
The words aren’t spoken, we’ll be there soon
For home a song that echoes on
And all who find us will know the tune

Some folk we never forget
Some kind we never forgive
Haven’t seen the back of us yet
We’ll fight as long as we live

All eyes on the hidden door
To the Lonely Mountain
We’ll ride in the gathering storm
Until we get our long forgotten gold

We lay under the Misty Mountains cold
In slumbers deep, and dreams of gold

The Misty Mountain…

far over the misty mountains cold
to dungeons deep and caverns old
the pines were roaring on the heights
the winds were moaning in the night
the fire was red, it flaming spread
the trees like torches, blazed with light

the mountain smoked beneath the moon
the dwarves, they heard the tramp of doom
they fled the hall to dying fall
beneath his feet, beneath the moon
the sword is sharp, the spear is long
the dwarves no more shall suffer wrong

far over the wood and mountain tall
though wind may blow and rain may fall….

The Hobbit – An Unexpected Journey

Saya suka lagu di atas, lagu yang dinyanyikan para Dwarf di film The Hobbit – An Unexpected Journey

Buat penggemar Tolkien, tentu telah lama menantikan side story Lord of The Rings ini di versi layar lebarnya. Masih ditangan Peter Jakson yang sukses mengantarkan Gollum menjadi ‘hidup’, kali ini Bilbo Baggins akan menceritakan kisah petualangan hidupnya.

Masih di Middle Earth dengan mengambil latar belakang 60 tahun sebelum era LOTR, hidup seorang hobbit mapan di desanya. Namun hobbit ini rupayanya kurang puas akan kehidupan sehari-harinya dan berusaha mencari pengalaman baru. Gandalf sang penyihir akhirnya dapat membujuk Bilbo untuk pelakukan sebuah petualangan bersama serombongan Dwarf yang ingin merebut kembali harta karunnya yang dicuri.

1 hobbit dengan 1 penyihir tua dikelilingi 13 dwarf againts the world.

Jadi seberapa kolosal pertempuran geng gandalf versus Orc, Goblin dan monster-monster lainnya? Mari kita saksikan sendiri saja tanggal 13 nanti di Bioskop.

Dan kali ini, harus nonton 3D-nya di IMAX Gandaria City :)
Kalau rata-rata film dibuat dengan 24 frame rate/detik, The Hobbit adalah film pertama di dunia yang dibuat dengan High Frame Rate (HFR), 48 frame rate/detik. Jadi 3D nya bakal lebih kinclong dari yang selama ini kita lihat di bioskop ^_^
