This week photo challenge from dailypost.wordpress.com is about “Change”
It’s like many things are going into my mind, but this one came up.
End of March Domo broke his leg. It’s unrepairable.
Well it actually can be repaired but … Domo cant pose anymore with any style related with leg movement.
That’s boring.
So I did the transplantation :P
Domo and Domi switch legs ^_^
But since I forgot to make the complete photo series in one day, I decided to collect the photos i took with my iphone for the last 5 days. I arrange those photos based on common activities to describe what is a day of my life.
Routines start at the morning, walk across my neighbourhood to the train station. I used to ride my CBR to the office but lately i chose to take the commuter train. Same 1 hour trip, costly but more comfortable. No traffic jam, air con, can read my flipboard feed or playing game during the trip :)
Route #1 – Sudimara to Palmerah Train Station
Route #2 – Palmerah Train Station to City Plaza
Ok, I was too naive to say that there’s no traffic jam :) You can see that Jakarta’s traffic is getting worse and worse. Driving a car is just wasting your life in here.

Route #3 – City Plaza – Palmerah to Sudimara Train Station
And these are some photos i took on my way home.
So, what is yours? What does your day look like? Here’s your chance to share with everyone a day in your life! Here are some suggestions to get started: snap a picture once an hour and share what your day was like, walk us through a typical day for you, or even just what happened today!
If you see the red lanterns, first thing that will come up in your mind probably is China.
According to Wikipedia, The Lantern Festival in China is a festival celebrated on the fifteenth day of the first month in the lunisolar year in the lunar calendar marking the last day of the lunar New Year celebration. In Indonesia, the festival is well known as Cap Go Meh.
These pictures I took a week ago (after 3 days bedrest) in Living World, Alam Sutra not far from my house. They create what they called as ‘Kampung Pecinan’ (Chinatown) in the roof top. It’s already passed Cap Go Meh I think. No wonder there’s no event like the Lion / Barongsai Dance.
Well, I went there to buy some bread not intentionally for hunting red lanterns :P
Roadmap Nikon biasanya mengeluarkan produk baru setiap 3 tahun.
Lah, trus bedanya apa dong?
Nikon D7100
D7000 hanya 1080p 24fps. Thanks to new EXPEED 3 image processor yang ditanamkan di bodi D7100.

Time to replace?
Could be “Yes” but i will go FX, not another DX.
Let say at least to D600 or get a used D700 ( no budget, i need to make money first from this D7k :( ).
It will be “no” since my D7000 never disappoint me this far. Change to another DX is not an upgrade ^_^
Perhaps if there is a D300s successor, it could be something to be considered :P
